01Exercising the Rights of the Data Subject

Under Law No. 6698 on the Protection of Personal Data ("KVKK"), data subjects may submit requests regarding their rights under Article 11 of the Law to our Company through the following methods:

• By applying in person to our company headquarters
• By sending a notarized letter or registered mail with return receipt
• Via your registered electronic mail (KEP) address to our Company's KEP address
• By email using a secure electronic signature or mobile signature
• Through other methods determined by the Personal Data Protection Board

Your applications will be assessed in line with the KVKK and relevant legislation and concluded within the legal periods.
